If a Hungarian or European Union resident purchases in a third-country web store, the easiest way is to pay the customs and VAT amount to the web store operator at the time of purchase. 

Using the EU IOSS - OSS system, the online store can declare and pay collected sums "in one step". 

The online store hands over the package (or organizes the handover) to the third-country shipping company. The forwarder's task is to organize the delivery process of the packages declared in the IOSS-OSS system to the customer, which also includes customs clearance in the European Union. 

We are able to provide an efficient and fast service in this process, which requires a large volume of each shipment and requires specialized professional knowledge. 

In 2021, on the basis of European Union directives, the Hungarian Customs Authority will provide an electronic interface suitable for mass customs clearance of packages, which can be accessed by having the appropriate licenses and software. 

During the customs procedures, the Customs carries out a physical inspection, with the cooperation of which authority, from the declared packages, they are designated for examination and must be selected and shown. 

Our company (as part of the development of the complex) built a Package Processing Center, which can sort 3,000-5,000 units per hour and present them for customs clearance.
